Normal Business Phone hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. The fax and answering machine are always on, and we WILL call you back as soon as we can.

Any order placed after DECEMBER 22th MAY NOT GET SHIPPED UNTIL AFTER January 5th, 2014

Most MAJOR Holidays (days the USPS and/or UPS are closed)

Please try to anticipate your needs, especially if you need a large quantity of an item. We will do our best to fill your order prior to closing. Avoid the rush upon our return; place your order here on the web site or fax it to us at 607-849-6870 while we are closed. Orders placed during these times will be given PRIORITY attention when we return.
